Article

PHOENIX -- EndoNurse magazine has announced a call for entries for the 2004 Education Campaign of the Year. Nominations are being accepted through Friday, Oct. 22, 2004 for the years most outstanding educational campaign.

EndoNurse and the EndoNurse Institute recognize the importance of education in the healthcare setting, says managing editor John Roark. With this award, we pay tribute to the years most outstanding educational campaign. The importance of continuing education is a vital component to professional development of endoscopy nurses, technicians and associates, and an educational program that inspires, engages, challenges and encourages the pursuit of continued professional growth has a significant impact on the future of todays endoscopy professionals.

Facilities or departments specializing in endoscopy are encouraged to submit program details and photos detailing successful continuing education campaigns for the clinical setting. Entries will be judged on the following criteria: innovative approach to continued education; overall effectiveness of campaign; comprehensive coverage of subject; relevance to industry; and inclusion of the most up-to-date content.

Nominations, including program details and supporting photos (if available) should be submitted via email to jroark@vpico.com. For questions, call John Roark at (480) 990-1101, ext. 1316. Deadline for entries is Friday, Oct. 22, 2004.
