The new programs, developed in response to client requests, are designed to assist health care organizations improve services and meet accreditation requirements. Sessions will be conducted at the client's facility and will last one to two days. In addition to patient safety and pain management, JCR offers custom education programs on subjects such as standards hot topics, standards and survey process overview, integrating leadership and performance improvement into the survey process, techniques for survey readiness, and survey preparation.
