KEARNY, N.J. -- L&R Manufacturing Co. introduces SweepZone Ag, a new line of SweepZone Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems manufactured with AgION, an antimicrobial-coated stainless steel housing.
The AgION antimicrobial compound has been listed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as an antimicrobial agent that suppresses the growth of bacteria. An added benefit of AgION antimicrobial-coated stainless steel is the resistance of fingerprints, stains and rust. This results in a cleaner appearance of the unit.
"Public awareness of microbes has recently increased. L&R is able to offer this revolutionary antimicrobial-coated steel to combat this concern" says L&R president Robert Lazarus.
L&R is a global source for quality in ultrasonic cleaning systems, solutions and accessories.
