The Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN)Â reminds everyone that Perioperative Nurse Week, scheduled for Nov 8-14, 2010, is a time to recognize and honor perioperative nurses for their important role and commitment to safe patient care.
The theme of this year's event is "The Freedom to Speak Out," so that perioperative nurses worldwide feel empowered to speak up and speak out in support of patient safety in the operating room.
