PREZIO Health announces that it has been awarded continuing education provider status by the California Board of Registered Nursing and the Florida Board of Nursing. This provider Status allows PREZIO Health to grant Nursing Continuing Education contact hours in a majority of states that require nursing continuing education. As hospitals and governments look for ways to improve patient care while reducing costs, more emphasis is being placed on certification and training. In order to better support these efforts, PREZIO Health now offers nursing continuing education contact hours that will help nurses renew their certification and stay current with best practice standards.
PREZIO Health maintains a strong conviction on the importance of continuing education for hospital workers. The inclusion of relevant nursing material to our robust education program further enhances our ability to serve our customers and their patients alike, says Gary Stroud, chief clinical officer of PREZIO Health.
The California Board of Registered Nursing and the Florida Board of Nursing have rigorous guidelines and requirements that must be met before they will grant provider status for nursing continuing education contact hours.
PREZIO provides these certification and educational services on location, in classroom settings at the partnering facility. Continuing education programs are tailored to the specific educational needs of every customer and contact Hours can be granted for certified SPD professionals as well as for nurses. These formal presentations ensure the clear communication of the material, development of the staff and the return on the facilitys investment in PREZIO's programs.
