STOW, Ohio -- Spectrum Surgical Instruments Corp. has signed a three-year agreement with Premier Purchasing Partners LP of Westchester, Ill. for surgical instrument service and repair. The agreement includes both on-location and off-site instrument repair services.
The agreement, which is effective Feb. 1, 2004 and runs through Jan. 31, 2007, covers a full line of surgical instrument repair services, including orthopedic, ophthalmology, neuro, and general instrumentation.
Spectrum Surgical is a nationally recognized leader in the surgical instrument repair industry. Premier is a leading healthcare alliance collectively owned by more than 200 independent hospitals and healthcare systems in the United States. Together, they operate or are affiliated with nearly 1,500 hospitals and other healthcare sites.
