CHICAGO - The American Society for Healthcare Environmental Services (ASHES) announce the results of the 2004 president-elect election. Elected to the position is Thomas "Tony" Fitzgerald III, CHESP, chief of environmental management service at the VA Palo Alto California Health Care System.
Fitzgerald will succeed Mike Morley, CHESP, as president in 2005 and will begin his three-year term on the board on Jan. 1, 2004.
