She worked as a nursing care policy consultant at Emirates Health Services, an infection control coordinator at King Abdullah University Hospital in the Quality Department, Infection Control Division, and an International Organization for Standardization-certified internal auditor. She is a trainer and expert on many topics concerning quality, patient safety, infection control, public health, and community health, especially in schools and health centers.
