Matthew Weissenbach, DrPH, CPH, CIC, FAPIC, is Senior Director of Clinical Affairs for Clinical Surveillance & Compliance at Wolters Kluwer, Health. He has practiced as an epidemiologist and infection preventionist for 15 years. He earned his doctor of public health and master of public health degrees from the University of South Florida College of Public Health. He is board-certified in infection control and epidemiology (CBIC) and public health (NBPHE). He is also a fellow of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) and an active member of both APIC and the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America.
