Ran Nir-Paz, MD, is an infectious diseases specialist at Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem and a Professor of Microbiology and Medicine at the Department of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at the Hadassah Hebrew University Medical Center. He is a cofounder of the Israeli Phage Therapy Center, and he chairs the Study Group for Non-Traditional Antibacterial Therapy of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases.
