Case Medical Trays Demonstrate Performance When Used in TSO3's STERIZONE Sterilization System

Case Medical, Inc.® a vertically integrated, product development and manufacturer offering custom designed and modular "do-it-yourself" sterilization systems for the medical industry, and TSO3 Inc., a leading innovator and developer of low-temperature sterilization systems for the healthcare industry, jointly announced that SteriTite instrument containers and MediTray inserts engineered and manufactured by Case Medical demonstrate excellent compatibility with TSO3's new STERIZONE® VP4 Sterilizer, which is now cleared for sale in the U.S.

The STERIZONE® VP4 Sterilizer developed by TSO3 was recently cleared by the US regulatory agency as a Two or More Sterilant Sterilizer. This clearance took place under a newly developed product code, PJJ. The STERIZONE® VP4 Sterilizer is the first of its kind in low temperature sterilization systems and utilizes vaporized hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and ozone. Its single cycle can sterilize a large number and wide range of compatible devices, thereby allowing for cost effective and error-free sterilization process. TSO3's unique Dynamic Sterilant Delivery System automatically adjusts the quantity of injected sterilant based on the load composition, weight and temperature.
