Ecolab Healthcare Introduces Express Gel Hand Sanitizer

Article

Ecolab Healthcare announces the availability of Express Gel Hand Sanitizer, a new waterless hand sanitizer for healthcare professionals that kills 99.99 percent of pathogens tested within 15 seconds. The products mild, 96 percent biobased formula dries quickly for easier gloving, helps maintain skin moisture, and helps enable hospitals to meet sustainability goals by reducing consumption of non-renewable resources. In panel testing, nurses preferred Express Gel 4 to 1 over another leading gel sanitizer and found it easier to glove after use.

The sanitizer is made with vitamin E, moisturizers and five emollients to help retain and maintain skin moisture. The dye-free formula helps reduce the opportunity for irritation and allergic reactions while the 96 percent biobased formula helps hospitals meet sustainability goals by reducing consumption of non-renewable resources.
