CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Premier, Inc. has awarded a multi-source contract with glove manufacturer Sempermed USA for its line of surgical gloves. The three-year agreement begins May 1, 2004 and includes Supreme Powder Free Latex, Derma Plus Powdered Latex, Syntegra Powder Free Synthetic, and Derma Plus Orthopedic surgical products.

Sempermed manufactures exam and surgical gloves at its own facilities in Europe and Asia.
