IAHCSMM Hosts Upcoming Conference
CHICAGO, IL-The International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM) will be offering its annual conference titled "CS: Meeting the 21st Century Head On!" on May 7-10, 2000 in Reno, Nevada. Concurrent sessions for technical and management updates will be offered on the first day of the conference. The second and third day will offer the same curriculum to all attendees including keynote speaker, Donna Hartley, a motivational speaker who survived a plane crash; and general sessions covering FDA regulation of medical devices, seven habits of effective people, attitude awareness, and customer service skills. The final day will offer concurrent sessions on bloodborne pathogens compliance directives, containerized packaging, time management tips for teachers, and instrument specialization.
